Services

Practical support for meaningful change.
Cultural safety is not achieved through a single workshop, policy or strategy.
It is built through the way an organisation thinks, leads, makes decisions and delivers services.
Conscious Consulting provides specialist consultancy, decolonial workshops, cultural supervision and professional coaching to help organisations and individuals strengthen their practice.

Consultancy
Strengthen the systems behind the service
My consultancy work supports organisations to examine and strengthen the structures, policies and practices that influence how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples experience their services.
I work collaboratively with organisations to identify where change is needed and develop practical approaches that can be embedded into everyday organisational practice.
Cultural Safety Framework Development
Developing meaningful cultural safety frameworks that provide clear direction for culturally safe practice across your organisation.
Cultural Governance
Supporting organisations to develop governance structures that meaningfully incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, knowledge and leadership into decision-making.
Anti-Racism Strategies
Supporting organisations to identify and address racism within systems, structures, policies and practice.
Policy Development & Review
Reviewing existing policies or developing new policies through a culturally safe and critical lens.
Practice Development & Reflective Practice
Supporting practitioners and teams to critically reflect on professional practice, assumptions, relationships and interactions with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.
Service Design & Co-Design
Supporting organisations to design or improve services through meaningful engagement and co-design. Good service design starts by listening to the people who experience the service.
Organisational Reform & System Improvement
Supporting organisations to identify structural barriers and develop practical pathways towards more culturally safe, responsive and effective systems.
Decolonial Workshops
Learn differently. Reflect deeply. Practice differently.
Our interactive decolonial workshops are designed to strengthen cultural capability and reflective practice. Rather than focusing solely on information or awareness, workshops create space for participants to examine how culture, power, systems and professional practice intersect.
Participants leave with practical tools, strategies and questions they can immediately apply to their work.
Workshop topics may include:
- Decolonising professional practice
- Cultural safety and cultural capability
- Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing
- Reflective practice
- Power and privilege
- Anti-racism
- Culturally responsive service delivery
- Working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Self-determination and Aboriginal leadership
- Systems, services and structural change
Workshops can be tailored to the needs, experience and context of your organisation or team.
Cultural Supervision
Reflect. Challenge.
Strengthen your practice.
Cultural supervision is available for non-Indigenous practitioners seeking to strengthen culturally safe practice.
It provides a dedicated space to reflect on professional practice, cultural considerations, assumptions, relationships, systems and the broader context within which practitioners work.
Cultural supervision can support practitioners to develop greater confidence, awareness and accountability when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

Professional Coaching
Lead with confidence. Lead with integrity.
Professional coaching is available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders and emerging leaders.
Coaching provides space to explore professional goals, leadership challenges, organisational dynamics, career direction and the opportunities that exist for meaningful change.
It is a space to think strategically, challenge assumptions, strengthen leadership capability and navigate professional environments without losing sight of who you are.

Not sure what kind of support you need?
You don't need to arrive with a fully formed brief.
Let's have a conversation about where you are, what you're trying to achieve and where you feel the gaps are.
From there, we can identify the most appropriate approach.
